Atherton Mill

Repair and restoration of the historic Atherton Cotton Mill in Charlotte North Carolina. Originally built in 1892, our work includes up-fitting and subdividing commercial spaces for more modern tenants. Additional modifications include extensive utility work, enhancing and updating common spaces, pouring concrete slab, replacing the iconic wood block flooring and installing a state of the art vapor barrier.
